PROCESSING & SHIPPING 

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has processed, it will then be shipped through USPS Priority Mail which takes 3 to 5 business days and you will receive your tracking number via email. If there is any delay in processing or shipping, you will be notified immediately. All orders are also insured through USPS.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND INCLUDE THE APT/UNIT NUMBER IF NECESSARY. If you put an incorrect shipping address or do not add the apt/unit number, we will be unable to fix the issue once your order has shipped and you will be responsible for contacting USPS. 
Please note, once your packaged is shipped and you have any issues or concerns with the delivery of your package, you MUST contact USPS with your tracking number. Michelle And Hair is not responsible for any packages once they are shipped.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All hair extensions sales/purchases are final, there are no refunds or exchanges in hair extensions. 
If you purchase a hair product or bonnet and it is damaged, you are eligible for a product replacement. You have 5 business days after receiving your order to contact us for a replacement and must provide proof.
